Split into groups of 4 and spread out the players evenly across the width of the playing area (for example, 4 players 2m apart from each other forming a line 6m long) Start with all discs on one side of the field. Teams pass the disc along the line to the far side, and back again. The slowest team is eliminated and must sit down. Keep going until there is a winning team. If a pass is not caught then it must be repeated

Have three or more players stand together on a start line, with a finish line at a desired distance Number the players The objective is to get the disc from the start line to the finish line When someone is holding the disc, they may only pivot, they may not walk or run Player 1 starts with the disc; they may only throw to Player 2. Player 2 can only throw to Player 3, and so on. The last player can only throw to Player 1. Players can move freely, but must stand still to receive the disc. All players must throw the disc at least once before reaching the finish line

Select around 10% of the players to be "taggers". The rest evade them. The evaders are given 3 frisbees to carry between them When players are tagged, they must stand still with their arms out to their sides Players can be freed by catching a disc (if they don't have one), or by completing a pass (if they do have a disc)

 .                        Three handlers are positioned in a ‘V’ shape, with Player 1 starting with the disc There is a defender standing between Player 1 and Player 3 Player 2 stands at the bottom of the ‘V’ shape, forming a triangle with Players 1 & 3 The objective is to get the disc from Player 1 to Player 3 without throwing near the defender.  To achieve this, Player 1 should turn to throw to Player 2, who is then able to throw to Player 3

Players are instructed to jog around alone, avoiding touching each other or coming too close to one another Coach will calls out a number, and the players need to form groups of that size, then continue to jog around, staying close to their group and avoiding others The teacher can call any numbers in any order, challenging the players to think and organise themselves quickly Begin eliminating groups who fail to organise themselves, or groups that are caught out" as a result of the number of players not being divisible by the number called out

In pairs, players are encouraged to practice fakes and throws with a pivot Ensure that players are pivoting on the correct leg Try to make your fake look like your throw; can your partner tell whether you're about to throw or fake?

Players form two queues facing each other Two discs per queue Players take it in turns to run from the front of their queue towards the other; the next person in the opposite queue throws the disc towards them The objective is to catch while running, rather than slowing down After throwing the first disc, the player runs towards the other queue to catch the second disc After catching, the player hands the first disc to the person now stood at the front of the queue and joins the back of that queue

Here’s an example of the “Forehand fake to backhand throw” used in a game situation to throw against the marker Ensure that you are balanced throughout the movement Try to avoid putting your foot down in the middle; it should take a single step to perform this move.

Grip is same as Forehand, see Forehand Grip video Grip: lightly pinch the rim of the disc between thumb, and two forefingers.  The other two fingers should then pinch the underside of the rim, similar to the use of chopsticks. Hold the disc in a vertical plane over your head, then lightly flick the wrist forwards towards your partner and let go.   Aim to follow through by pointing towards your partner. If you’re holding the disc in your right hand, then release the disc to the left side of your head. If you’re holding the disc in your left hand, then release the disc to the right side of your head.

Create a playing area which has two large areas for each team and a central out-of-bounds area; each team stays in their side. Teams are allowed up to 3 passes between themselves, then must throw the disc into the other area. If the disc is not caught and lands inside the receiving team’s area, award 1pt to the throwing team.

Form groups of three One player stands in front of the thrower as the "screen"; the thrower then pivots out to the side so they can see the receiver Screens should stand still with arms by their sides Throw the disc. The thrower then runs to the person who caught the disc, stands in front of them to be the "screen". Repeat this process until everyone is comfortable with the reason for pivoting

Split the group into teams of 8 or more (i.e. 4 players on each side) When a player has run to the back of the queue, get them to sit down. Once everyone has been through once as a warm up, repeat again as a race. The first team all sat down is the winner! Award points for the fastest team (1pt for the slowest team, 2pts for the next slowest, etc). Repeat the race until one team scores
