I wish to cancel my membership, as my coaching career has come to an end. Please remove my credit card details and cancel my membership. Do not try to withdraw from that credit card, as it is no longer active. It says I have no active memberships when I tried to cancel, but just want to make sure it is finalized.

Hi Jamie,
We`re sorry to hear you will not be renewing your Sportplan access.
- To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account and go to the "Manage Account / Profile" option in the drop down menu that is in the top right corner
- Select "Memberships" in the opened window Now click "Manage Memberships", tick the checkbox of the membership you wish to end and then click "Update Memberships"
- You`ll just need to complete a very short feedback form
- Finally, click "Update Memberships" at the bottom of the page Please make sure you have visual confirmation that the account has been cancelled.
A red cancellation message will appear on the screen. After these steps, no further payments will be taken from your account. Your membership will remain active until your next payment is due but on that date your membership will be downgraded instead.
