Why have I been charged when I cancelled membership?

Hi Jess,
We have just checked your account and unfortunately you have not cancelled your basketball membership. To complete the cancellation, please follow the instructions below to cancel your membership:
Please make sure you have visual confirmation that the account has been cancelled. A red cancellation message will appear on the screen.
After these steps, no further payments will be taken from your account. Your membership will remain active until your next payment is due but on that date your membership will be downgraded instead.
If there`s anything you think we could do better, please let us know in the feedback part of the cancellation form. This helps us to improve the site should you decide to join again next season!
