Hi Rachellesyn,

The 1-5 post passing drill involves:

Positioning:

Player 1 (Point Guard) at the perimeter.

Player 5 (Post) in the low post.

Entry Pass:

Player 1 passes to Player 5 in the post.

Post Move or Pass Back:

Player 5 makes a post move or passes back out if no scoring opportunity.

Repetition:

Repeat the pass into the post, focusing on timing and coordination.

Optional Variations:

Player 1 can cut to the basket, initiate a pick-and-roll, or involve weak-side action.

This drill improves passing, post play, and offensive coordination.

I hope this helps,

Cam
