Im looking for suggestions of high intensity games for an adult football team. It is nearly the end of pre season and our fitness is good but in looking for games of high intensity with the ball involved.

3 teams of even numbers, 1 or 2 little goals at either end. First team to 3?5?8 goals. Team who scores stays on, team who concedes replaces team who were acting as bouncers on the outside of area, don`t make it to big.
