Hi there,
The warm up is vital to getting your players ready for the game both physically and mentally. This means they`re prepared for the game to start plus will reduce the risk of injury.
Use this drill below to get the players comfortable with the ball at their feet and making passes. Whilst half the team do this, the physical warm up around the outside will continue with the rest of the players. This should be a mix of running and dynamic stretches.
This drill is great for times when you have limited space or time to warm up!
