Players dribble around the area, keeping the ball close to their feet whilst avoiding the other players. When the coach calls out a colour players must try and dribble through a gate of that colour as quickly as possible (in this case the red gate).

You could put in more players or you can give them the ability to kick others balls away to make sure they work on and use their awareness.

To progress this activity, split into two teams. Each player has a ball, but coach calls "Team A to Blue" Team A players have to try and get through blue gates, Team B players have to try and steal a ball and get through Blue (or any) gate. Change the colour and team call each time.
