The way in which to improve this is to write everything down wether it be good bad or indifferent. Then when you come to speak to your players you can bring both the positives and constructively point out the not so good bits to them. Once you have done this a few times then it will hopefully come naturally and you will find it easier to expand. Good luck!!!
