I usually do 1 hour of training for those age groups.
1st 20mins - without ball, and with ball warm up, try and get a ball each or one between two. loads of touches on ball.
2nd 20mins 1V1s,2v2s etc.
3rd 20mins Game - little to no coaching.
After every 20mins give them 1min to grab some water. They also get a break while you are explaining it and making any coaching points.
