can u suggest warm ups before training and how long between drills thanx
set cones out 2 sets in mirror image at 10 mtre spaces i,e go ahaed 10 mtres then go right 10 mts go left 10 mts go straight ahead 10 mts then lefft etc etc etc etc
have the lads jog, then high knees then side step etc and have them jog back down centre to repeat
Set up 2x20x20 zones with a 5mtr corridor in the middle.
Start with half of the players with a colored bib in each zone with a ball each. general ball movement with steps and turns at low intensity. Progress to 20 second excellerated dribbling/change of direction-20 second recovery. Repeat it 4 times. In the same area go through the full range of dynamic stretches.
Back in the same 2 zones but with 1 ball per group. Introduce various technical aspects i:e: look away before receiving, 1st touch into advantage space, eye contact and body position to receive the ball the way you wish to travel. Progress to pass and sprint across to opposite zone.....quick accurate 1 touch pass and move. Progress to using the full square and begin with 1 ball. The idea is to intregrate all of the points previously covered.The players will play to alernate color.....red-blue-red etc; with everyone on the move. When it is working introduce a second or even third ball. Guage the quality of passing, spatisal awareness and decision making. This can take 15-20 minutes.
All within the centre circle (or equivalent)
All jogging random directions
Signal=All instantly sprint zig zagging in and out of the other players for 6 seconds then back to jog.
Repeat 6 times then repeat all with players having a ball each and then dribble and speed dribble.

A & C have a ball. At the same time they dribble to the cone then pass to B & D respectively, backpedal to start the sprint to the central cone thn sprint back to the start to repeat. Meanwhile, B & D on receiving repeat by dribbling to the cone, passing to A&C respectively backpedal to start then sprint to central cone and back and so on. All as fast as poss
