These young kids do not need to have a real warming-up, just an introduction.
As they cannot play together yet think of all kinds of ways to move: forward, sidewards, backwards, hop on one leg, hop with two legs. Make a short circuit they can move along with cones.
Furthermore think of throwing and (trying) to catch all kinds of balls, from tennisballs to ping pong balls, handballs etc. Throw the ball as far away as you can, try to hit a mat that lies a few meters away, a mark on the wall.
Balancing and stability circuits are also ok for them.
What about moving around with balloons?
anything is possible as you see, as long as it is individual activities.
