JOIN NOWPlanning handball event. How much might a coach charge for 9am-3pm?
I am a Nottingham University student currently setting up a Handball event in the local area. The project at the moment is just a proposal, so therefore still within planning stage.
I was just wondering what it costs for coaches for a day form 9-3 coaching a variety of different abilities.
Any help on getting coaches would be great, thanks.

Some things to think about as this depends on a lot of things :
- For whom : people who are interested - coaches - players - youth coaches - senior coaches
- What will be the main topic : introduction - coaching a match - techniques - physical approach : stamina needed for handball - power training etc
- Do you need to get people from abroad : famous coaches - handball trainer teachers
- Indoor - outdoor
- People who enrol have to do / perform themselves as players or is there a demo-team
- Lunch included or bring it yourself

EHA rate for handball tutor is £25 per hour, depending on experience but if you want EHA Level 2 coach you would have to pay around that figure, on the top of that travel expenses of £0.30 per mile or cost of return ticket. If you would go for someone from abroad then lot more. Hope this will help.
