I need some information on transitioning from 8v8 to?

I need some information on transitioning from 8v8 to 11v11 as well as whether to run a 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 formation for my girl's team. Any ideas for a recently less confident coach?

Formation 433 under 12

Hello fellow coaches and friends. I have been coaching for two years now. Started off incharge of a new under 10's team and we have now stepped up to 11 aside as under 12's. I wanted to ask about formations at this level, my fellow coaches who also help have been playing 433 whilst i have been away. Is this too advanced at this level?

What's best method of getting team confident with 3 backs?

i want mid and strikers to feel like they can roam anywhere to create space or opportunity. Problem is they are so set in positional play they struggle to think outside square or trust team mates will cover zones

How to stop playing panic soccer

Newer program, my kids for the majority play panic soccer, and just send the ball downfield. Any advice how to get them into a mindset of building the ball out and maintaining possession?

My players have good ability , but they panicked a lot , they were very nervous. i thought them the formations and the roles of their respective positions , they understood all and they answered me while i asked questions to check out how much they understood. but inside the game they forgot everything and were ball watching and chasing the ball. Managing Substitutions u9s - 7v7

Hi I have quite a large squad (11) for my U9s team. Sometimes not all of them turn up but when they do managing the substitutions can be a nightmare. Have tried planning it out and making 3 subs on a rotation every 6 or 7 minutes. This works OK, just wondered how others do it? Thanks! Asked using Sportplan Mobile App

What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
