introduction to football | Spo...

hi to allmy club has signed up to a Queensland miniroo's program to introduce children to football it is to be both fun and show discipline. This is from age's 4 to 11 it runs for 6 weeks, there will then be the chance for the children to join the club after this or as a club we can continue to run for the 2016 session , fitness isn't the main objective, just skills and enjoyment.Would you like to give some advise on the kind of drills that you would run in this kind of environment remembering that its only a introduction. I have detailed drills that we currently run for are established players.Thank you karl

Girls U14's Football Team How ...

I run a girls football team U14's, 9v9 football team. I want to push them further and harder as they are not as fit as boys of the same age. How far can I push them bearing in mind they are experiencing more changes than girls of a similar age? And should I expect them to do the same as boys of the same age group?

Coaching ideas for group size ...

Hi, I coach an Over 30's female side. We have lost 6 of our 7 games, drawing the other. I only get about 7 to training AT MOST and struggle to find any good plans for these 7 or so. The numbers go as low as 3 and is extremely offputting and distressing. They only train for an hour. Any suggestions?

I have been using Sportplan now for 3 years and can honestly say that I have never repeated the same session twice. My girls are always focused and are improving every year. Thanks Sportplan.

What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
