Handball Game - No running with the ball!

5 vs 5 game (can be played with or without goals). Game 1: Possession keeping game where all passing is with the hands by throwing and catching. Teams score a point for every 10 passes they make without losing the ball. Game 2: Alternatively you can play this game with goals. All passes must be made with the hands (players can't run with the ball in hand) and players can only score with a header.

Player runs towards first ball ,picks it up and handpasses to red player 2. who replaces the ball and takes up the blue player's position at the start. The blue player continues to the 2nd ball, picks it up and handpasses to the next player and continues in this way to the end of the course. Each player moves down one position so the blue player becomes the final player and the each red player moves up one position (so player 2 becomes player 1, player 3 becomes player 2 and so on.)

Two teams of seven players play on half a pitch with no keepers.Each team must have a wide player on each wing.A spare player should be put into a separate colour (see yellow player taking the center in the image).They are always playing for the team in possession of the ball to give them the extra man.

Set up to the side, using the pitch markings as an indicator of where to place your cones (on the touchline, in line with the 6 yard box, penalty spot and baseline).On hearing your whistle players sprint as fast as they can to the first line and touch the ground with their hand before quickly changing direction and running back to the touchline.Repeat to the next line.Finish the suicide by running as fast as you can to the furthest cone, touch the line and run back to your original starting point.

The fat side run is a tactic used to get the ball to a leading tall forward, who is able to lead into space (the coned area) on the "fat Side" of the ground. The term "Fat Side" is used to describe the area of the ground where there are few players and plenty of free space. It is usually created when forwards, and their opponents move to one side of the ground.

Objective: To successfully use different surfaces to control the ball in an unopposed practice.Detail:Mark out a 20 x 20 area.Split the players into pairs.Players then spread around the outside of the area with their partner on the inside.To begin, players are stationary and play two touch by controlling the ball before passing back.Players remain stationary whilst working on control and aerial control (chest, thigh, head).Get in line with the ball.Select an appropriate controlling surface.Show surface to control the ball.Withdraw surface to reduce impact.Angle of body to turn.
