Tie a resistance band to a pole about 2m long and tie the other end to the net post.
Player stands holding the pole about shoulder height with the hand closest to the band in the middle and the other out to the side.
Slowly rotate the pole each way so that each arm faces out to the side.
When rotating towards the side with the band attached bend the outside leg down and in and then straighten when rotating back.
