Serve, return and forehand come to mind because these 3 strokes provide the best opportunities to dominate the opponent. There are 2 ways to improve power: by working on technical aspects or by getting stronger physically. Core muscles are used in all strokes in tennis so players should do core exercises regularly to make sure that they are ready for tennis demands.
