In this drill player improves strength. The main part that is addressed are legs but core muscles also are involved. Tennis is a game a movement so players have to be ready to meet these demands and be able to run to the ball and use legs in the stroke even at the end of the final set. This exercise can be used as a warm up drill or it can be incorporated in any exercise as an activity that players perform during hitting down-time.
