
Place hurdles in the centre with white cone at the end (10m away) A coach will stand at the white cone and point to the direction the player must go as they approach. They then go to that side and jump from cone to cone until they reach the last cone. Jog back to start. If group is too big split into 2 or 3 groups.
Perform 4 rounds of each variation on the hurdles: 1. Sideways stepping (2 feet between each hurdle) 2. Forward hops 3. Sideways hops 4. 2 hops forward, 1 hop backwards 5. 180 jumps
