
1st Drill - We will revisit the basic forward roll and handstand individually to make sure that the athletes have the proper technique down and can complete the move without injuring themselves. 2nd Drill - Using a matt and the wall the athlete will use the wall to walk their feet up into the handstand position, then bend their arms, tuck their head in and roll out onto the matt. 3rd Drill - Once the athlete can easily complete the previous drills they will take it to the floor without support and try the move focusing on the entrance and exit of the move as that gives all the power, I will then help correct their technique and finalize the move.
