DESCRIPTION

Tuck Jump: Make sure legs are together, toes are pointed Straddle Jump: Make sure legs are apart, toes pointed, hands touching `toes (or legs) Pike Jump: Make sure legs are together, toes pointed, out in front of you Get them to a 45 degree angle With all of these, line outs are important - make the shape, straighten out. Make sure their hands are in the correct positions, and that they are looking forward Make sure the move is happening at the top of the bounce (see diagram for example)
