Tested Station: Glide Swing Hangs from bar with feet only on barrel Able to push barrel back and forth with straight legs Uses hips to control movement on barrel 1) Blue Bar/ Barrel: Glide Swing- Put feet on barrel and roll it back & forth like ICE SKATING 2) SPOTTING STATION: High Bar: Straddle Hang- Point toes to the SNOWFLAKES in a straddle hang 3) Dot: Snow Angel- Lay on the floor; move arms and legs to make a SNOW ANGEL 5) P- Bars/ Yoga Ball: Roll a Yoga Ball- Roll the SNOWBALL between the P-Bars 6) Rings/ Carrot: Tuck Swing- Tuck swing over the SNOWMAN’S CARROT NOSE
