
Testing Station: Handstand against wall Able to walk feet up the wall Uses strong, straight arms; does not fall on head Holds handstand position= straight legs & feet together on wall 1) French Frys/ Pool noodle/ Snowball/ Hoop: Snowball Hockey- Slide the SNOWBALL into the hoop w/ the pool noodle like a HOCKEY PLAYER (use french fries to frame hoop) 2) Squeaker: Supergirl/Superboy- Lay belly on squeaker & lift up legs & arms; like you are SLEDDING DOWN THE HILL 3) SPOTTING STATION: Wall: Handstand- Walk your feet up the wall to the BOBSLED Wings West: SPOTTING STATION: Wedge against Beam: Handstand- Walk your feet up the wedge to the BOBSLED 4) Wedge/ French Fry: Cartwheel Drill- Place hands on SNOW SKIS and jump feet back and forth over the French fry 5) 2 Beams (side by side)/ Snowflakes: Bear Crawl- Climb the SNOW HILL by bear crawling across the beams
