1) Line/ Pool noodle horse: Gallop- Gallop down the line; like you are riding a HORSE2) Hoop: Jump ½ Turn- Stand in the hoop, jump and turn ½ way around like a spinning TORNADO 3) SPOTTING STATION: Red Block: Cartwheel Drill- Start in a lunge, put your hands on the COWBOY BOOTS; jump your feet over 4) Cones/ Ring: Ring Toss- Lasso the COWS with the ring 5) Colored Mat: Log roll- Roll like a TUMBLE WEED down the mat
