
Players leave in small groups of 2 or 3 players under coaches direction. when the players turn around the cones the coach on the lines will tell the kids what actions they must do before the next cone at the far end of the ice.
Examples of items pivot to backwards between the blue lines hold one foot up between blue lines one knee drops on the blue and center line 360 turn at the center line jump over the lines. skulls double knee drop ensure the the kids are skating hard and doing tight turns around the cones.
