This is an endline play set up by inside out movement the shark will begin the play up top in the 1-4-1 the ball will move from X to the Left wing to begin the play as the pass is happening, the shark will cut to the crease looking for a pass simultaneously, both crease players will shoot up to shooting spots roughly 12 yards out towards the top of the box, changing our offense from a 1-4-1 to a 2-3-1 both crease players have the ability to catch and shoot if they're open, if not they swing it across the top of the box immediately as the ball hits the first crease player near the top of the box, the right wing attackmen will start to cut towards to crease and will set a pick for the X player cutting up if none of the shots are open up top on the crease exchange, the ball ultimately swings to the right wing where the X player catches and shoots off of the pick set by the righty attackmen the shark can be an inside pass option for each player that catches a pass the lefty attackmen rotates to X to ensure backup when the X attackmen cuts up
timing is key on this play, if you start to early then people are waiting and the defense can read it. if you go to late then you won't be at your spot in time. WORK TOGETHER AS ONE UNIT crease middies popping off the crease need to have hands and feet ready to PASS AND SHOOT before they catch the ball right wing attackmen doesn't need to set a traditional pick, but just needs to get in the way of the recoverying defender guarding the X attackmen X attackmen can turn the corner and score inside, catch and step down off the pick, or catch and shoot on the run or jump shot Shark needs to make sure they don't crowd the pick side of the field and is open to the ball ready to receive an inside pass Shark can choose to set a pick for either crease middy popping off, or just exchange, or fake a pick. Keep them guessing the ball must move quickly and motion must happen on the backside of the ball movement.
