
Defenders (blue) start behind 2 cones. Attackers (red) start behind a different cone across the defenders. When told to go, the attacker rounds with the ball to try and get to the zone between defendersâ cones. The defenders run out and perform a double team to try and get the ball.
TThe defender on tick side should shout STICK and the defender on the opposite side should shout BODY. The defenders should be close enough together and hold their space that the attacker canât go through the middle of them.
