DESCRIPTION

Play begins when A4 carries the ball up field As A4 carries the ball, A5 will slip off the crease and drop just below GLE A4 goal is to draw out the bottom D Pole and pass to A5 inside for a quick score. A4 can also step into a shot if nobody commits to them as they move upfield A4 can also feed the replacing crease player cutting towards the goal If no passes are made A4 will replace A3 spot on the field and move the ball quickly If Star3 is called, it will be a 3 man rotation with A3 replacing on the crease looking for feeds from A4/A5 If Star 2 is called, it will be a 4 man rotation with A2 replacing on the crease and A3 bumping to A2 spot If Star 1 is called, It will be a 5 man rotation with A1 replacing on the crease and A2 bumping to A1 spot and A3 bumping to A2 spot If Star 6 is called, it will be a 6 man rotation with A6 replacing on the crease and A1 bumping to A6 spot and A2 bumping to A1 spot and A3 bumping to A2 spot Play can be run exactly the same on the other side with A6 carrying up the field and A5 slipping under GLE

COACHING POINTS

The ball must move quickly and not die in your stick Always move your feet, don't get flat footed If it doesn't work the first time, we can always call another number and run it again, this man up is continuous always be ready to step into a shot as everybody is in a shooting spot A5 must be active on the crease looking to find soft spots in the zone for quick catch and shoot opportunities as the ball is being passed around the outside
