Tennis Drill Demonstration

Description

Players rally x-court with match intensity looking for the zone between cones ( markers ) and baseline. First to 12 hits, then change sides.

A) When rallying from ad court nominated player has to only hit BH while other can also use off FH. Switch after 6 successfull hits.

Coaching points

Make it competitive by putting either time limit or whichever team completes the 12 hits first.

If anytime during the rally the ball is long player still needs to hit it back with control and depth.
