3 Person Warm up: 1st Set: jog, jumping jacks, hamstring stretch 2nd Set: Skip, Push ups, Arm Circles 3rd Set: Side shuffle, plank, Calf stretch 4th Set: Sprint, Plank, stretch anything needed Activity 1: Play a short game of Monkey in the middle for warmup. Have students work in their groups of 5-7 and play monkey in the middle. Number the students so each student has a number (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7). Start with only one student in the middle (e.g., the student with number 1). Any time the disc hits the ground or is intercepted, the next number is in the middle. Start with one person in the middle and three students passing together. Once the students have played this so everyone has had an opportunity to be in the middle at least once, have two people in the middle. Activity 2: Split students up into 5 attackers and 3 defenders. The objective is for the attackers to pass the disc into the endzone successfully to score a point. They cannot run with the frisbee. The defenders try to knock down or intercept the disc. If they do so give the disc back to the attackers. The attacking team has an extra player so there should always be an open player to pass to. After 3 minutes switch the players so that everyone has a chance to defend and attack. The team with the least amount of points scored against is the winner.
