Starting in the center (rough position where the 5 would be in a stack) Move into the lane then make a move and attack Under After 3-5 sprint steps chop stop and cut deep Jog back to the start after finishing your deep cut Complete 2x4 on each side 1st set act as offence, 2nd set act as defence
Focus on making a quick hard fake, attack the Under before bursting deep Your goal when changing from an under cut to a deep cut is to limit the amount of steps you need to make, you should be able to change direction within 3-5 steps at sprint speed The initial burst deep should angle slightly towards the middle of the field this helps to open up the window for open side hucks in game and gives you the opportunity to attack the disc rather than have it go over your head and lose speed
