As we're nearing the end of this series of sessions we want to encourage your team to play faster but still stay under control.
We want all young teams to be able to play at speed, especially in the fast break, but we have to get players to realise the difference between "fast and controlled" and "fast and out of control". You want to be able to put pressure on the defence, while still making good decisions.
To teach the fast break we use all the skills we have already covered in previous sessions and push your players to go at speed in order to counter-attack and make the most of the attacking overload!
