One ball per player.
Players hold the ball slightly above their foreheads and then release it for one mini header, back into their hands which are still above their head. Repeat.
Players must keep their eyes open and mouth closed.
Players can experiment with putting greater power in the header but must keep the ball under control and catch it again each time to repeat.
