Jogging into a hurdle step on to Low apparatus and exit with a jump with Shape, or twist.
Hurdle step on to low apparatus.
Jog towards apparatus.
Hop into take-off, swinging arms and lead knee forward and up.
At top of flight bring knees together, flexed at right angles.
Keep body upright with arms high.
Land on top of low apparatus with 2 feet together, flex knees and ankles to absorb landing.
Arms come down as you come down.
Exit:
Co-ordinate jump from 2 feet with forward and upward arm swing.
At the top of the flight execute a shape in the air (long, wide, tuck, straddle or pike) - kick out to Long shape in preparation for landing.
Land with 2 feet together, flexing ankle, knee and hip joints - land in half squat, before straightening to upright standing.
