Setup:
The trainer or a player holds two hoops and moves around the play area.
Two teams compete:
Ball-possessing team: Passes the ball among themselves to score by throwing it through the hoop.
Non-ball-possessing team: Tries to intercept the ball.

Introduce abrupt direction changes while the hoop-holder moves.
Variations:
Move the hoops up and down to change the target height.
Hold the hoop slightly off the ground so players must score with a bounce pass.
