Players start with the puck and pass to the coach. They then skate to the left where they play a quick one-two pass before rounding the cone.
On their way towards the next cone players pass another one-two with the coach before skating onto the outlet pass from the coach to carry towards goal and shoot.
Look for smooth turns around the cones, with heads up looking for the next pass.
