DESCRIPTION

Players line up behind cone and move out to play Forehand to opposite Side-T, and recovers around cone and moves out and play a Backhand to opposite angle.

Short Ball Groundstrokes:

Players start off on centre of court and move forward towards service line and hit balls down the line.

Forehand & Backhand Drill

Serve with Opening:

Player serves from one side. Coach feeds random ball as a return. Player reacts and hits the next shot to the open space.

Short Court:

Short court is a great tool to warm up strokes as also to work on control and consistency with any tennis stroke.

Recovery Volleys 2:

Players are positioned just inside the centre service line. The player then moves forward for backhand volley then recovers around cone for forehand volley.
