bowling drill with 4 people
Is there any basic bowling drills for beginners, which has 4 player taking part
In some situations in junior cricket in Australia we have a bowl off to decide a winner. You could follow the same format, you can use it with any number of bowlers.
It is a good way to finish a session. If you can offer a prize, then all the better. The prize could be anything you can think of. Hamburger, a beer, extra batting time, the cahance to run a fielding session. You just can`t always predict what will motivate a player.
Get all the bowlers together, you will need a set of stumps. Each bowler gets 6, 12 or whatever number of balls you think suitable. Bowlers have to hit the stumps. Every time they hit the stumps they gain a point. Keep track of the number of times each bowler hits the stumps. You can offer bonuses to bowlers if they fall behind. This ball counts as 2 or 3 hits if you hit the stumps.
It puts pressure on the bowlers, makes them concentrate and will ultimately improve their accuracy
