how can I plan the session of my team
depends what age they are. if the age they are if they they are u6 - u10 try more technical stuff like dribbling passing, shooting or finishing. In my opinion If they are older have at least 3 practices per week 1 should be a fitness practice and the other should do things you think your players need to work on like more tactical things.
Have to disagree with a complete session based on fitness. Kids u15 have natural fitness and don`t need laps around the pitch to make them better footballers. There fitness can be improved thru high intensity game related training, such as 8v8 games.
An idea for a session could be 15mins individual ball work/passing work, 15/20 1v1s and 2v2s and 20min game to finish.
in more ways than one
