I'm a right-handed right wing, and I want to improve my vasculation and jump, or maybe try to become ambidesxtrous. What's better and what have I got to do?

I hope your trainer will have a closer look at your jumpshot as a start.
To improve your jump you can do all sorts of jumping drills on one or two legs.
Work in series of 8-10 jumps and no more than 3 series in one training.
Specialise in VERTICAL jumps. After the series make 3 series of 8-10 jump shots against a blocking defender. Always use the same basic technique and after you have improved start using different techniques.
Then a transfer to the position on which you play can me made.
Being right-handed at the right wing is difficult, but can be done.
Specialise in dive-jump shots. The moment you you jump off into the direction of the penalty line (so as far as possible away from the goal to improve shot-angle), try to hold the ball as long as possible and throw at the very last moment. Land on your belly the way volleyball players do.
Perhaps specialise on trick balls which are thrown with an effect.
