That depends on the position you play, the postition of your direct opponent and his fellow defenders, the space betwee the defenders and the distance to the circle-line.
There is no BEST feint, there are a lot of good feints. Feints can be taught from the age of 10-11 years old.
First the basic feint of feint shot at goal and passing the defender or a feint pass to the pivot. Later you can add parallell-landing feints, which are a bit more difficult.
