App access issue on iPhone

App access issue on iPhone

I have a monthly subscription to Sportsplan through Apple. I can access all of the drills and plans on my iPad but can only access the first four or five on my iPhone. The retest show they are locked. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it but it didn't correct the issue. can someone help me fix this issue on my iPhone?
