Hi, May I know how can I upload You Tube Video

May I know how can I unload Youtube video as I was not able to do so?Also can I add video from an outside source and how can I do it?

Hi Angela,

You can upload a YouTube video by selecting Create at the top of your screen, then choose sport (assuming tennis!), then Insert YouTube, then copy and paste the YouTube URL into the space provided.
