How can i control my ball toss on the serve ?
You can simply put a target in front of you where the ball should land if you were to let it drop, and just practice throwing the ball in the air like you are going to serve and let the ball drop and see if you can have it land on the target every time. Also a relaxed smooth service motion is key to a successful ball toss. You could try this it might help.
Thanks Emily.....will try and thanks for your reply...Jason.
