I'm having trouble teaching the backhand volley. The girls don't seem to have enough arm/wrist strength and/or they don't get the correct angle on their racquet. Suggestions?
if you are teaching backhand volleys to girls hmm yeah it is not easy man ... cause girls has weak wrists but not arms have them hold the racquett with continental grip and with the racquet face up infront of their umm left shoulder and from there hit the ball at the contact point forward Remember that one hand is going to be at the neck of the Racquett and one hand on the grip keep up the good work ... have a nice day
