Why we need speed and agility in tennis? What we can do for speed and agility training? Can you gave me general information for speed and agility in tennis?
Hi Can, I think the answer to this is more simple than perhaps expected. We never really know where the opponent is going to hit the ball but in general, they will be able to get it as far away from you. Having good speed will mean it is more likely you will get in a better position where they place the ball. In terms of agility, players will watch the direction you are running in and try to send the ball in the other direction, more agile players will be able to change direction quickly to make the return shot.
