Taking my Level 1 coaching (UK)

I'm being trained by my coach to take my level 1 coaching award when I'm 16 - is there a link that I could look at to see what this would entail? I need to know what to expect of the course.

then search and select from the menus for coaching, then education, then courses and finally begginer intermediate
