Having trouble seeing the tennis ball indoors. Would it help to wear a baseball cap? wear a cap outdoors to protect against sun and wind.
Hi Marcus,
I would suggest giving it a go. If you are used to wearing a cap outdoors, it could become a comfort thing that you`re used to. Therefore when you go indoors, the change may subconsciously be putting you off.
Also, the glare from light indoors can have just the same effect as the sun outdoors, therefore a cup may well help from keeping the light out of your eyes, giving you better sight of the ball.
Give it a go and see if you prefer it!
