ok im new to coaching and need to come up with an overview of a yearly plan as to what ill be coaching during the year. lets just say there are 8 weeks to a term and 4 terms a year. the group consists of 4 players ages from 5 to 7. what plan could be devised please? Lesley
if there is 8 terms a week and 4 terms a year and the kids are from age 5 to 7 the better plan is to devide in 4 weeks to 4 weeks and 2 terms a year instead of 4 because the kids are 5 to 7 year olds so start from 4 to 4 weeks per term and 2 terms a year and see how it goes ... have a nice day joseph lee Pro 1
