Two weeks is enough if you keep the shape of it clear. In the first week do the harder work: full sessions with technical and tactical practice, movement, and a match or practice set at the end of most days. In the second week shift towards competition — more point play, serve and return patterns, tiebreaks, and shorter sessions so the load comes down as the event gets closer. Build in one proper rest day in each week, and have the last two days light with plenty of serving. For ITF juniors I would also plan the tactical side specifically: what their first ball is off the serve and off the return, and what they do when they are pushed back. That is usually the difference at that level.
